In the interest of further growth, they've aimed for increasing the numbers of their B2B partners and expanding onto the international market. However, it was at this point where they faced several challenges:

• they do not have a clear brand message
• the company name can not be used on the international market
• they have two main target groups (private persons and webshops) with completely different needs
• the services offered by the brand are not completely clear to the target groups
• many people believe the company transports packages (when they are in fact an aggregator site linking to the services of package transportation companies)

We have given Nimble Courier the name Pactic, which provides a good solution to the brand's previous challenges:

Define services

Working closely with the Pactic team, we have defined the three main types of solutions they provide to webshops. To better support their presentation, we designed our own icons for them that reflect the nature of the types of services. On the website , all three have separate subpages on which we organize their advantages and transparently present the different tariff plans.

When designing the image, we started from the main brand values defined in the strategy. The bluish color scheme is the reliable, long-term partnership, and the purplish hues and gradient suggest a message of technological innovation.

Pactic has been following the growth of webshops since the first package. This continuous change and development is also symbolized by the graduality, diagonal editing and gradient of the logo. The regular form strengthens the feeling of organization and transparency.
